This issue is plain and simple. Illegal immigration is illegal. As the new immigration bill fights its way through Congress, rallies in support of breaking the law are taking place.
Those in support of illegal immigration don't want to talk about how it's illegal. They only want to give you sob stories of how they only came here to work, only want to see their families brought to America. Let me remove the racial problems from this equation and give it to you another way.
You are standing in a check out line at the grocery store. The line is 50 people long, you are tired of waiting, so your grab your shopping cart and run through the front doors, out to your car, and throw the groceries in your car, and speed away. This is you breaking the law because you feel that you don't need to wait in line like everyone else.

Simple, we don't want to punish them for wanting a better life. We are going to punish them for breaking a federal law.

No Mr. Idiot....I mean Senator Kennedy. We believe those that immigrate illegally are breaking the law. We believe those that help them or harbor them are doing what is known in the legal word as aiding and abetting. This is also breaking the law.
My solution to border protection is simple. Have INS visit a handful of these rallies. All illegals caught will be shipped to border countries and while awaiting extradition back to their home countries, they will be forced to work to help pay for their food, housing, etc. What work will they do? They will help build the 10 ft. high wall from the Pacific Ocean to the Gulf Coast. After the wall is completed, it will be protected by a good number of CIWS. All illegals trying to cross the border will be deamed DRT.
