In the past three years Ellen Ingram hasn't once contacted me to apologize for attempting to do a three point turn in the middle of a two lane highway. She of course lied to the police about having automobile insurance, when she hadn't had coverage in over two years.
It is my belief that since she worked at Lee County Youth Development Center, and most likely had a relationship with the police department, the Opelika police department didn't do any checking on both the comments I made on the scene that she didn't have working brake lights or whether or not she really had insurance.
