Trying to Get a Concealed Carry Permit
Back in February I took my concealed carry permit class from Dan Starks. Thus started my foray into the realm of normal citizen attempting to legally carry a concealed weapon. My wife bought me a Smith & Wesson .40 for Christmas last year. I've been to the local range a couple times and decided that I was interested in getting a CCW. Mainly because it allows you to purchase firearms in North Carolina without having to purchase a gun permit each time, plus my family does a lot of backwoods activities and I would like to be able to carry a firearm if I [Read More]

Three Years Down

Almost three years to the day, I received my custom fit Bledsoe Thruster Brace. This brace is designed to help force my leg to carry more of my body weight on the part of my knee that is in the best condition.

In the past three years Ellen Ingram hasn't once contacted me to apologize for attempting to do a three point turn in the middle of a two lane highway. She of course lied to the police about having automobile insurance, when she hadn't had coverage in over two years.

The surgery went well. The doctors got all but two screws out, and only decided to leave those in because they would have caused more damage to get them out, than they were worth. From the knee scope pictures, the doctors determined that I have zero cartilage on the inside of the right knee, but great cartilage on the outside of the right knee.

The doctors think that I can start using unloader brace that I might be able to make it without joint replacement. If the unloader brace is not able to do the trick, then joint replacement is the only option that I will be left with.

I'll be on [Read More]

Going Under the Knife Again

Almost three years after Ellen Ingram played chicken with me and my motorcycle, my doctors have decided that I need surgery. Actually, I need three surgeries. Later this month I will have the metal removed from my leg. During this process, they will also scope my knee to determine if I will need a second surgery, which is much more severe.

If needed, the second surgery will follow later this year. It will entail cutting a pie shaped piece of the shin bone, in order to drop down the inside part of the joint. This surgery would leave me on crutches for months, but would hopefully solve the [Read More]

April 28, 2006 was the two year anniversary of my motorcycle vs. Ford Explorer wreck. Those that don't know the story should look at the pictures of the wreck and the exchange between the horrible lawyer, Ms Liz Borg of McAdory Borg, I shouldn't have hired, the Alabama State Bar and me. Since two years was the statute of limitations for a lawsuit against Ellen Ingram, I guess now is a good of time as any to make all the facts known.

To make it short, I hired Liz Borg to represent me in a [Read More]
