I'm not sure how they got ahold of it, but the people over at No Mutants Allowed have released the Van Buren demo. I have uploaded a copy of it for those of you that can't find it on their site.

Unfortunately, the demo is exactly that, a demo. Not only that, but it's a demo from 4 years ago, from a company that is dead and gone. A lot of things don't work in it, but hopefully it will show diehard Fallout fans what the game could/should have been.
